I bring over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Team Development, and Coaching.
I worked at the for-profit and the non-profit sectors, inside organizations and as an external consultant, I led employees for money and led volunteers for passion.
My first experience as a leadership coach was when I served in the Israeli Navy. I helped officers learn what it mean to lead by example and walk their talk. Since then my passion to help leaders walk their talk has never stopped and the real lesson of understanding what it mean started with my personal relocation experience.
